Goal: Design your high-tech dream application with very low-tech tools (paper and pen) using the possibilities of Google Earth, combined with all the CCTV-camera’s, information databases and other technological tools available, without legal, moral or technical bounderies.

Participants: An international group of designers, architects, scientists and others from Iceland, Netherlands, Mexico, Croatia, Germany and China.

Three perspectives: the Ministry of Security, a company and a consumer organisation.

Design questions: What will your interface look like? Which technologies will you use? Who provides acces? Who gets acces?
